Early in our week of spooky celebrations, Lizzie's class had a party. Lizzie and Carson dressed up in their costumes and we headed out.
There were a couple of really fun things to do. They made skeletons and a hand-print spider (not pictured), went ghost bowling and had story time, not to mention fun treats like mummy-hotdogs, witch hats, monster mouths and candy.
It was a fun activity, lasting just long enough to wear out the kids. I love that my younger kids get a chance at socializing, even if they're not in school!
The next day, I helped out at Evie's class 'Fall' party. I was part of a team in charge of the bingo station. Evie didn't notice I was there for a full rotation, then scrambled to snuggle me a bit. She loves seeing me in the classroom! I didn't take the camera, so didn't get any pictures, but the class had a lot of fun activites. They did cupcake decorating, bingo, bowling, stories, pin the face on the jack-o-lantern, and decorating a foam pumpkin into a jack-o-lantern. They also watched a WordWorld movie and had lots of fun treats. It was fun and I'm so glad I got to be there for her!
